  
When balls are ordered from manufacturers with logo's applied, there are typically extras produced. These extras accumulate in the factory and are sold off in bulk at far less than non-logo pricing. They are usually in limited supply and represent a huge bargain - as long as you don't mind someone else's logo on the ball!
